About Life Coaching & Mentoring Service

LCMS was created to answer a need I am convinced has always existed in humans; namely for people to find a way to achieve greater fulfillment or satisfaction in life. Combine that with my passion for helping and working with people of all ages and stages of development and you have the keys to why I became a life coach and created Life Coaching & Mentoring Service.

In brief, LCMS is a proactive partnership between coach and client dedicated to individual empowerment that enables the client to lead a more successful and fulfilling life. Clients come from all walks of life and from most age groups. Problems and areas that can be addressed include, but are not limited to:

            • Relationships within the family, at work or between friends
            • Career development and advancement
            • Management: administration and supervision
            • Time management
            • Motivation
            • Procrastination
            • Burn out

                                        The Process
     

 

      • Begins with a free consultation during which we get to know each other, determine your goals, discuss possible strategies and fees
      • Continues with a series of contacts tailored to fit our schedules which may be in person, via phone (usually) or E-mail
      • Ends when we agree the goals have been met or the coaching alliance is no longer needed
